Does your organisation work with talented children from disadvantaged backgrounds or communities? You could help us to identify and support students with the most to gain from a boarding education at BIlton Grange from Year 7 or at Rugby School from Year 9 or Year 12.
Working with partners has been central to our success. Our partners are the bridge who enable us to reach young people for whom boarding is a remote concept. As well as nominating students, partners are fully involved in the entire application process.
Partners also provide support in the holidays, and help manage the transition between school and home. Earle Fund students (at Bilton Grange) and Arnold Foundation students (at Rugby School) act as role models within their communities, sharing their experiences and helping to raise the aspirations of other young people and their families.
We welcome new partnerships with educational charities or maintained schools in areas dealing with issues of social exclusion and underachievement. To find out more about becoming an official partner, please contact us.

We have established alliances with IntoUniversity, the Eastside Young Leaders’ Academy and Hope Opportunity Trust based in Chester.
We also have partnerships with schools in the maintained sector including Ysgol Dewi Sant in St David's Wales.

We are a Royal National Children's SpringBoard School. SpringBoard was inspired by the Arnold Foundation for Rugby School and we still have representation on their Board of Trustees. It was established in 2012 following an extensive evaluation of the scalability of the Arnold Foundation model to a national level. SpringBoard helps eligible children and young people to transform their lives by supporting them through boarding schools.
